Camp David 2026Camp David will be held June 12-14 and June 16-18. Registration opens March 1st.
Space is limited. Registration will close when we meet camper capacity or by May 28th.
Please note: The camp is for incoming 6th graders through recently gradated 8th graders. There will be no elementary day in-between sessions. Cost is $60/camper.

Camp David is a fun-filled retreat for middle school youth (students entering 6th grade through completing 8th grade). This year’s focus is the story of Salvation History. A trained staff of high schoolers, supervised by qualified adults from throughout the diocese, offer caring relationships to assist these young people throughout the camp. Two different overnight sessions will be offered.
- The first session will begin June 12, 2026, at 2 p.m. and end at 3:00 on Sunday, June 14, 2026.
- The second session will begin on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 2 p.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026.
There will be staff directing parents to the drop-off and pick-up locations.
Arrival and check-in at the Renewal Center: 2:00 pm-2:30 pm
Pick up from the Renewal Center: 3 p.m.-3:30 p.m.
In order to secure your spot for camp, please submit the following documents to the youth office before the registration deadline, Thursday, May 28th, 2026. Your camper's spot is not guaranteed until all of the following has been submitted:
To register:- Registration Form (includes optional t-shirt purchase information).
- A picture of your camper
- $60 registration fee (Includes food and lodging. $15 t-shirt is extra. Email Lydia Whitten for more information on need-based scholarships).
- Youth Permission and Medical Release Form
- Social Media and Technology Release Form
- Roommate Selection Form
Paperwork that can be dropped off with your young person at Camp David drop-off:- Policy for Administration of Medication by Diocese of Victoria Designees Form (only if you child will need prescription medications during camp). You can also send this form in ahead of time, if medication isn’t likely to change.
- Signed note if your child will be leaving with someone other than anyone listed on their Youth Permission and Medical Release Form or Registration Form.
Once all forms and payment are submitted, you will receive and email confirming your camper's registration, a packing list, reminders, and emergency contact information should you need to get a hold of Lydia Whitten, the camp director.
All forms and payment can be submitted via email, mail, or in-person at the following address between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
