What is the Eden Retreat?The Eden Marriage Retreat is a deeply immersive, faith-centered experience designed to help couples rediscover connection, heal communication patterns, and rebuild intimacy from the inside out. Rooted in both Catholic theology and proven relationship science, the retreat integrates industry-leading frameworks from the Gottman Institute - such as bids for connection, conflict patterns, and the Four Horsemen - into a spiritually grounded journey of renewal. Through guided sessions, practical tools, and some relaxing time together, couples don't just learn - they actively re-engage their relationship story and build a clear path forward. This is where clinical excellence meets spiritual formation, creating transformation that is both immediate and lasting.
